Transocean Services AS completed the aquisition of 100% of the shares in Aker Drilling ASA on 3rd October 2011. Subsequently, Aker Drilling ASA was renamed Transocean Norway Drilling AS and delisted from the Oslo Stock Exchange on 1st November 2011.
